Transparent prices, no surprises.

Simple roof repair - $750

Any minor roofing repair (one pack of shingles needed or less/any misc small materials). This is for any roofs up to 10/12 slope. Also can do siding repairs!

Difficult roof repair - $1250

Any repair needing one pack of shingles or less, on slopes greater than 10/12. I have specialty equipment to attach a rope and harness to any roof.

If you need same day or next day emergency services, an extra $300 fee applies. I will work in the rain so it's not coming through your roof!

Emergency Services - $300 fee

Gutter guards - $900

Any average sized roof, not over 10/12 slope, materials included! Prices go up a little for steep/tall roofs or bigger than average houses.

Gutter cleaning - $250

Any average sized roof, not over 10/12 slope. Prices go up a little for steep/tall roofs or bigger than average houses. Cleaning is free if you get gutter guards!

Box gutter removal - $ varies

Most use sealant or "jump" over them with plywood. I have tons of experience removing the box gutters, rebuilding the roof line, and adding modern gutters.

I also have years of interior remodeling experience. If you have a project not related to roofing, I would love to take a look!

General Remodeling - $ varies

Is your chimney causing leaks and you just want to get rid of it! No problem. I can take it down to the roofline, rebuild the roof, and reroof so it won't leak!

Chimney removal - $2400

Window trim capping - $250 ea

Using high quality aluminum, can "wrap" your windows trim with color of your choice. Can also do chimney flashing, or any other metal work.
